Celebrating 35 Years of Service to Women & Girls in Washington County
Laurie Chrzanowski brings experience in violence intervention and prevention services, entrepreneurship, and business development to the Washington County Commission for Women.
Laurie has extensive experience with interventional services for women and children. For over 20 years, she worked with law enforcement in Maryland, Washington, DC and Nebraska on domestic violence, child abuse, incest, and rape intervention.
Currently, Laurie is a partner and owner of Stone House Urban Winery in Hagerstown, MD. Laurie is a member of the BNI Elite Alliance Masters, the Washington County Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Washington County Alumni, Class 36.
Laurie hopes to work collaboratively with local community organizations, and to listen and learn about the needs of girls and women in Washington County. She aims to accomplish, through example, the deed and vision of the Washington County Commission for Women.
Laurie is a graduate of Frederick Community College and holds an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies.
