Rachel Turner was born and raised in Hagerstown, Maryland. She is a local entrepreneur and owner of Evolve: by Rachel Turner, LLC. Through her small business, she exercises her creativity and inspires others. She makes jewelry, crystal wire art, and offers social media marketing to her clients. 

Rachel is a creative, lover of plants, and enjoys learning about how to be the best version of herself. She holds a degree in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Business and Communications through West Virginia University. Rachel is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration through Western Governors University to enhance her career path. Currently, she works as a Marketing Specialist in Frederick, MD, and has a passion for people and all things marketing.

Rachel hopes to see her small business continue in success, and to be a published author. She looks forward to continuing her mission to bring like-minded individuals together, connect with the local community, and evolve with what is to come!
