Steffanie Smith brings extensive experience in business administration and sales to the Washington County Commission for Women.

Steffanie has worked in the beverage industry for almost 11 years. She is the Senior Sales Analyst at Devil's Backbone Brewing Company. Steffani leads the "Women in Beer Group" for Devils Backbone Brewing Company and works closely with a large group of "Craft Women in Beer" for Anheuser Busch. Both groups advocate for women in a male dominated industry and provide a safe place for women and their allies to support one another without judgement. Steffanie is passionate about extending her work with women in her industry to women in Washington County.

Steffanie graduated from Hagerstown Community College with an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Business Administration and Management in 2012. She attended Frostburg State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Marketing from Frostburg State University in 2016.
